What to expect
Initial Consultation: We’ll start with a brief discussion to understand your vision, project requirements, and any specific details you have in mind. This helps us ensure we’re on the same page before moving forward.
Design & Approval: Our team will create a digital proof of your design based on your specifications. You’ll review this proof and provide any feedback or adjustments needed. We’ll make revisions as necessary until you’re completely satisfied.
Production: Once you approve the design, we’ll proceed with the laser cutting or engraving process.
Delivery or Pickup: We’ll notify you once your order is complete. Depending on your preference, you can either pick up your custom item from our location or opt for delivery.
